In the present Society, we can see that a considerable number of People are engaged in the Social Service. The main objective of the Social Service is to assist the poor and disabled People who are helpless and seeking the kind support of the donors.
Establishments of Social Services Organizations are rapidly growing these days. But the sole Objectives of the Social Workers attached to such Social Services Organizations are different from person to person. Some Worker’s main objective is to earn Money and become affluent by sending false project proposals to the Donors and they utilize the funds for their private expenses instead of helping and supporting the poor people as expected by the Donors. Some Social Workers do their work only to get the Salary and that sort of Social Workers usually do not have a real emotional feeling towards the poor and disabled people who are helpless. There is also some other category of social Workers whom can be found very rarely . They inherently, have an attitude of assisting the helpless poor people , without thinking about their private profit. Sometimes they spend their own Money for the beneficial of helpless poor people . According to my speculation that sort of social workers are the best and most suitable Employees for a Social Services Organization.
As I have mentioned above inherently we should have some sort of kind attitudes with us to be a good social worker. These attitudes may include feelings just like always thinking of others’ hungriness, sadness , and helplessness and trying find every opportunity to help them even by spending one’s own money to solve the problems of such helpless people. .This sort of inherent attitudes can be found very rarely among the People but such kind attitudes could be gained by the other Social Workers, if they are given proper Awareness Programmes, which plays a vital role in the Social Services Organizations.
These Awareness Programmes should enlighten the Social Workers that their main responsibility is to assist the helpless poor people instead of putting the money given by the Donors to their pockets. If they utilize the funds for their private purposes, they will never be able to be happy and contended as all of we are bound to the fact that “ Every Action has a Reaction”.
The Donor should also implement a systematic programme to ascertain whether the funds they send to the Social Services Organizations are utilized regularly to assist the poor and disabled , helpless people. For instance, there should be regular checking by an authorized officer from the Donor’s side to see whether the funds are utilized well only for the beneficial of the helpless poor people instead of filling the pockets of Social Workers.
In conclusion, I would like to mention that the real good Social Worker should inherently possess kind attitudes to help helpless people and if not relevant Awareness Programmes should be conducted by the Authorized Officers to propagate such attitudes among the Social Workers. A good Social Worker should always have an Idea of helping the helpless people even by spending his/her own Money. If a Social Worker tends to utilize the funds for their private purposes illegally, He or She would definitely be punished by the fact that “Every Action Has a Reaction”.
